I’m excited about the oppurtunity to spend the next year of my life doing God’s will. I’ve had the honor of spending a lot of time around mission year participants without having to be in the program myself. I loved what I saw and the desire and the passion that they gave daily towards their ministries. I was moved to the point that I too wanted to join Mission Year and here I am. I am Anthonika Miles and I left behind a great job and a stable career in teaching to do what I believe is my higher calling. “To Minister”. Feel free to drop me a line. I haven’t been assigned a city yet, but I’m happy wherever I go. I’m new to the fundraising part, but do understand that money is needed for the essentials. I’ve put up 1,000 of my own money, to get me started and any additional donations would be appreciated. For now, I’ll talk to you all later and be blessed.
Thanks
Anthonika Miles

I just ran across this site and saw your blog. You might not remember me, I am the P.E. para-professional from your old school Skyhaven. I think that it took a lot of courage for you to leave a career behind to walk out on faith to embrace a new endeavor. If you need a donation, let me know how to send it to you. Do continue to follow your god inspired dreams and keep doing God’s will.

I am not sure if my last comment made it or not, but as a graduate of Xavier University of Lousiana, I want to personally thank you for your hard work in the New Orelans area.
