i love roller coasters. / Aug 23, 10:23 AM

i’d like to say that i’m always up for trying new things, but that’s not true. i’m a big chicken. but here i am. moving to wilmington. carrie underood’s song pretty much says it…. Jesus Take the Wheel. i’m ready for whatever adventure is headed my way, at least i’m getting there.

the last three weeks have arrived and i have only about a million things to do between now and the move in date. working, packing, visiting with family, going away party, spending time with my fiance. the emotions will be flying high soon. the thing that helps is knowing that this is exactly where i am supposed to be. MY is where God wanted me and there i’m headed. that makes this craziness all worth it.

i’m ready for the up, downs, and crazy turns along the way as long as God is strapped in beside me on this roller coaster of a year. here we go.

  1. Your post resonates with me… all the things yet to do… I also have a fiance. I also just wondered what the two of you are doing in prep. before you go? What are you doing as you spend time together in order to make the most of what you have? :) Sorry… kinda loaded question, but just let me know if you have any thoughts!
