Hello,
So I just read a short little semi fiction book by Max Lucado called Cosmic Christmas. Its a book from the view of Gabriel the Angel, whom ever since the first time I read him in the bible have been obsessed about being like him since he can destroy like entire armies. But anyways its a little story Max Lucado made up from his imagination about what Christmas would have been like for the Angels and Satan. He completely centers around the Angels love for God and how much they glorify him ALL THE TIME. Now I introduced myself to God a year ago. Now he knew me obviously before that but it was the first time I met him. I fell in love with him. I did nothing but glorify him all the time for about a month. But then that part where Jesus says the world will hate you started to happen to me. I expected to get criticized and stuff but some of the people that did it were people I looked up to and people I was close to and that kinda threw me off guard. I started to become this person who started thinking well something needs to change because I’m letting Jesus Christ live through me and people are getting mad at me for it. Mainly because they don’t believe it was Jesus Christ living through me. I started criticizing other Christians and thinking I was on the narrow road and they weren’t. I completely forgot about the glorifying God part. I forgot about the loving part. I would tell people they need to love others but wouldn’t be doing it myself while telling them they needed to. I’m sure there are people who need a little change of direction but I don’t think I’m in the position to tell them that. At least not yet. And in return I found out I needed a little change of direction. Even my previous articles in this blog have some stuff with me judging other people and being a complete hypocrite. Well then I read Cosmic Christmas. And the same day I watched a video by Louie Giglio called Laminin. AMAZING STUFF. I prayed last night the most sincere, humble, LOOOOONNNNNGGGG prayer of my life and I can confidently say I’m back in the business of glorifying and loving this awesome, unique, divine God of this world we live in. If you have a chance, look up the Laminin video on Godtube or Youtube. Its so awesome and Louie Giglio is such an awesome speaker.
I love how God is already preparing me for this mission and I cant wait to live in New Jersey and let God do his work through me and tell everyone I can about how awesome he is.
